ANXIOUS SLEEPER

Are you a restless sleeper during the summer because of how hot it gets? Don’t worry I’ve gotchu. ✊🏻

Here are 5 helpful tips and tricks on how to help yourself cool down during those hot anxiety filled nights.

1. Put a wash cloth in the freezer to sleep with. 

2. If you have a jade roller, put it in the fridge and use it before going to bed. 

3. Take a cold shower instead of a hot shower before getting into bed. Study shows that hot showers wakes you up more.  

4. Going to bed with wet hair during the summer time is a really helpful way to fall asleep. 

5. Use peppermint essential oil on the bottom of your feet, on the back of your neck, on your wrists and on a cotton ball under your pillow
